Q Will JMdecals actually get back to my email?

A Yes, we highly care about what you have to say and will get back to your email within 24 hours. If in case you don't hear back which is rare, please check your spam folder in your email client such as gmail, yahoo, hotmail ect.

Q What kind of vinyl do you guys use?

A We use vinyl which has a outdoor life of 2-6 years. Please note that silver and gold have a short life span due to the slight metallics in it.

Q What is the best way to put on decals, im nervous about messing mine up!

A Putting on decals is not as hard as everyone thinks, here are some tips:

• Take some soapy water and clean the area with it and dry it good
  
• Peel the thick backing paper from the thinner paper
  
• align the decal in the area your applying it to
  
• When your ready, stick it nice and even and use a credit card or hand to rub over it. A squeegee from our store is recommended for best results.
  
• Peel the paper off and there you go!
